Project Casa Villanueva Shelter |

The construction of a new homeless shelter
for women and children in the City of Calexico
The Calexico Neighborhood House operates a Shelter
Program referred to as Casa Villanueva at an existing
single family residence approximately (60) years old.
In addition, the site contains (2) additional structures
which are uninhabitable and must be removed.
The project will consist of approximately 3,900 SF
of new construction and will include (5) dwelling
units w/(24 beds), laundry facilities, small office,
(7) off-street parking spaces and outside play area.
